I don't know this is true or not, but after viewing most comment, it's seems just a SCAM.
Try look carefully at this photo.
Here what I can see from here:
1) This poster seems so cheap, without a Miku's as background.
2) No information about 'AFCKL', and even got no any single of Crypton and Sega logo.
3) The font, was so plain.
4) No contact number on that post? Only got information at the counter?
Oh God, this is the worst promotion poster I even see.
